You’ll see the word BOSS throughout my brand. But making a BOSS Move isn’t about being flashy. It isn’t about purchasing the biggest house on the block. And it isn’t about making a move simply because social media says you should.
To me, a BOSS Move is an intentional move. A BOSS Move Starts With Purpose Maybe your move is buying your first home. Maybe it’s selling the home you’ve owned for decades.
Maybe you’re downsizing. Moving up. Relocating. Purchasing an investment property.
Or deciding that you’re not ready yet. A successful real estate decision isn’t defined by what everyone else is doing. It should align with what you’re trying to accomplish.
Faith
Faith is part of who I am, and I don’t separate my values from the way I serve people. I believe in seeking God’s direction, doing the work I’m called to do, and understanding that every opportunity comes with a responsibility to serve well. Faith doesn’t mean ignoring the numbers. It means I can have faith and prepare.
Faith and ask questions. Faith and build a strategy.
Integrity
Sometimes the answer you want to hear isn’t the answer I believe you need. If I think we should look more carefully at something, I’ll tell you. If I believe we need additional information, I’ll say it. And if a question belongs with another professional, we’ll involve the appropriate expert rather than pretending.
Your transaction deserves truth, not a sales pitch.
Excellence
Excellence doesn’t mean pretending everything will always go perfectly. Real estate involves people, contracts, deadlines, financing, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, and unexpected circumstances. Excellence means showing up prepared, communicating, paying attention, and continuing to work toward the goal. Because your transaction matters.
Your BOSS Move May Look Different From Someone Else’s Maybe you’re ready to buy now. Maybe your BOSS Move is spending the next year preparing. Maybe you’re sitting on equity and wondering whether selling makes sense.
Maybe you’re considering an investment. Maybe you’re moving across the DMV and aren’t sure whether DC, Maryland, or Virginia fits your next season. You don’t need to come to me with the entire plan already figured out. That’s part of what the conversation is for.
You can simply say:
“Marion, here’s where I am. Here’s where I’d like to go.” And we’ll start there. Real Estate Is the Transaction. People Are the Purpose. I love helping people buy and sell real estate.
But behind every set of keys, listing agreement, offer, inspection, appraisal, and closing is a person making a decision about their life. That’s the part I never want to lose sight of. Your move doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It needs to make sense for you.
And when you’re ready to explore what that looks like, I’m ready to have the conversation.
